About Us:
We are looking for a motivated individual to join a Roofing company as a Cold Caller. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to handle outbound calls, manage leads, and assist with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients or leads
Manage and update leads in CRM systems
Follow up on warm leads and nurture client relationships
Schedule appointments or demos for sales teams
Assist with general administrative tasks such as email management, document preparation, and data entry
Provide regular updates and reports on call performance and lead status

Requirements:
Previous experience in cold calling.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Experience with CRM software or lead management tools (preferred)
Basic administrative skills including scheduling, and data entry
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
