About LJB Models:
LJB Models is a creator agency dedicated to helping creators grow their online presence, increase their revenue, and streamline their content management. We handle all aspects of creator management, from content enhancement and subscriber growth to financial and legal support. We’re looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and help us deliver exceptional service to our creators.

Job Summary:
You will work closely with the LJB Models team, supporting various administrative and client-related tasks. This role requires a tech-savvy, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and social media skills who can assist in scheduling, client outreach, social media management, and general administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about digital content and social media who wants to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Client Communication: Assist in managing communications with creators, including email correspondence, DMs, and scheduling.

Content Scheduling: Organize and schedule posts on platforms and social media to ensure consistency and engagement.

Outreach Support: Help with outreach efforts to potential clients, responding to inquiries, and following up as necessary.

Data Management: Maintain organized records of client data, contracts, and performance metrics.

Social Media Assistance: Monitor and assist with social media activity, helping to engage with audiences and optimize post timing.

Report Generation: Compile weekly and monthly reports on creator performance, engagement metrics, and other key data points.

Research & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and emerging tools or strategies relevant to content creators.

Administrative Support: Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the agency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.

Familiarity with social media platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Understanding of digital content and influencer marketing is a plus.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
