Overview:
We are a dynamic and growing law firm specializing in labor and employment law with a focus on federal court cases. We are seeking a qualified and experienced paralegal based in the Philippines to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a law degree (or equivalent) and proven experience working as a paralegal. Familiarity with PACER and other federal court procedures is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Communication:
Collect and review client background information forms.
Follow up with clients for additional information and clarification as needed.
Maintain regular verbal and written communication with clients to ensure their questions are answered and information is updated.
Discovery Management:
Assist in collecting, organizing, and managing discovery documents.
Draft and compile discovery responses and requests.
Ensure all discovery tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
Litigation Support:
Prepare and organize legal documents for filing and court submissions.
Draft and file charges of discrimination and assist with complaint preparation.
Use PACER to access and review federal court documents.
Generative AI Utilization:
Learn and apply generative AI tools to support the drafting of legal documents, including complaints, discovery responses, and other litigation materials.
Qualifications:
Law degree (or equivalent) from a recognized institution in the Philippines.
Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably with exposure to labor and employment law.
Familiarity with federal court systems and PACER is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and integrate new technology and AI tools into daily workflows.
