Position Overview:

As a Solar Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in connecting homeowners with our solar energy experts. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Educate homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and our offerings.
Schedule appointments for our solar consultants to meet with interested homeowners.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Follow up with leads and ensure they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
Achieve weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong English-speaking skills
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service is a must.
Ways to generate leads a plus
Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
