Excellent Attention to Detail: Ensuring all data entered is accurate and organized.
Strong Research Skills: Ability to navigate company websites, LinkedIn, and other online sources to find contacts.
Reliable Internet and personal computer for accessing and updating databases.
Proficiency with Tools: Basic experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or other data entry software.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions in English.
Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
