JOB OVERVIEW

We are a staffing company focusing on Medical and Real estate recruitment! We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented full-time Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist with data entry and email collection. Your primary responsibility will be to gather email addresses from various companies based on a provided list. This role requires strong attention to detail, online research skills, and consistent productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry: Accurately input and update company information into our database.

Email
Collection: Research and find as many valid email contacts as possible for each company on a given list, following provided guidelines.
Data Verification: Ensure that all collected emails are accurate and associated with the correct company.
Maintain Accuracy: Regularly cross-check information for accuracy and completeness.
Reporting: Report daily or weekly progress to the supervisor, highlighting any issues or challenges faced.

Requirements:

Experience in data entry, email collection, or similar research tasks.
Excellent Attention to Detail: Ensuring all data entered is accurate and organized.
Strong Research Skills: Ability to navigate company websites, LinkedIn, and other online sources to find contacts.
Reliable Internet and personal computer for accessing and updating databases.
Proficiency with Tools: Basic experience with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and/or other data entry software.
English Proficiency: Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions in English.

Preferred Qualities:

Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks and able to maintain focus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
