Business Development Representative

GloboHire is a cutting-edge offshore hiring agency specializing in placing talented overseas professionals for businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced BDR to join our team and provide world-class support for one of our customers.

**Job Summary:**

This is a key position that carries a high level of responsibility. The successful candidate will be a strategic and collaborative sales professional who is very presentable and has great English skills. The BDR must have excellent communication skills and experience dealing with a sophisticated prospective customer.

**What will be your main role as a BDR?**

- 150+ calls per day.
- Properly document valid and invalid phone numbers.
- Be responsible for achieving KPI’s within the department.
- Think on your toes and be personable on the phone
- Ability to talk to sophisticated prospects. Think people who hold masters degrees and PhD's.

**Qualifications**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Experience in the USA market
- Experience with auto dialers
- CRM experience such as Hubspot, etc.
- Great English
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

**Responsibilities**

- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and identify decision-makers within target accounts
- Articulate value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects
- Set up appointments for Account Executives by effectively scheduling meetings with interested leads
- Meet and exceed daily activity goals for calls, emails, and appointments set

Performance pay will be based on the number of closed sales meetings. You will book for the AE, if they close, you get paid a performance fee of $100-$200 depending on the contract amount.
