What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Affiliate Administrator to help manage our UK TikTok shop. With a variety of tasks and responsibilities we are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our team. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

We are ideally looking for a candidate who has graduated from one of the Big Four universities and/or with 1+ years of experience in TikTok Affiliate Management. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- TikTok Shop Sample Management: Managing sample request process and affiliate queries.
- Content tracking: Recording TikTok Affiliate samples and content performance. Identifying and reporting on best performing affiliate videos.
- Creator relationship management: Managing relationships with top creators. Creator community group management.
- Analytics and Reporting: Inputting daily data from creator analytics to the sheet.
- Working closely with UK Marketing Manager to carry out any tasks to completed each day
