Shopify Store Manager
We are looking for a talented and driven Shopify Store Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to the growth and success of our e-commerce business, and we are excited to find someone who is eager to make an impact.

Your Responsibilities
As a Shopify Store Manager, you will play a key role in various aspects of our online store operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Setting Up New Shopify Stores:
You will be responsible for building and launching new Shopify stores from the ground up. This involves both frontend and backend development, ensuring the stores are visually appealing, user-friendly, and technically sound. You will configure essential backend settings, such as payment gateways, shipping options, and app integrations, to provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Leading the Product Research/Copyright Team:
You will manage and guide the product research and copyright team. Your role involves directing the team to research and identify profitable products that align with market trends and customer demands. Additionally, you will ensure all products and marketing materials are legally compliant, avoiding any copyright or intellectual property issues. Your leadership will be essential in maintaining a robust and compliant product catalog.

Optimizing Frontend with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization):
You will use data-driven insights to enhance the user experience and increase conversion rates. This includes analyzing customer behavior, implementing CRO strategies, running A/B tests, and optimizing the design of product pages. You will also develop and apply effective upsell and cross-sell techniques to maximize profitability. Your focus will be on turning visitors into loyal customers and boosting overall store performance.

Managing Daily Operations:
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our online stores. This includes managing order fulfillment processes, addressing customer service inquiries, and solving any operational challenges that may arise. You will collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability. Your proactive approach will help maintain high performance and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills
Shopify Expertise: Strong experience in developing and managing Shopify stores.
Dropshipping Knowledge: Familiarity with dropshipping, particularly sourcing products from China.
CRO Understanding: Proven ability to implement and optimize conversion strategies.
E-commerce Experience: Hands-on experience managing online stores within the e-commerce industry.
Team Management Skills: Capable of effectively leading and managing teams.
Fluent in English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bonus Skills
Google GMC Knowledge: Experience with Google Merchant Center is a plus. Familiarity with setting up and managing GMC accounts, optimizing product feeds, and ensuring compliance with Google’s policies will be highly beneficial.
