Position Overview: As a Cold Calling Sales Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, establishing rapport, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role is commission-based, rewarding successful candidates with earnings between $20 and $40 per hour, depending on your performance.

Compensation: Commission-based, with potential earnings of $20-$40 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from a list of qualified leads
Clearly communicate our value proposition and address initial questions or concerns
Build and maintain a positive rapport with prospects over the phone
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team
Accurately document call outcomes and follow-ups in our CRM system
Qualifications:

Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
Exceptional verbal communication skills with a professional, engaging phone presence
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong time-management skills and attention to detail
