JOB TITLE: Customer Service Specialist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contacts clients who have not been actively making payments.
Helps resolve issues, updates account information, and provides customer service support.
Conducts the end-of-program reviews and follows up with clients in completing them.
Works with various reports to identify accounts that need immediate attention.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent organization and time management skills
Good communication skills
Strong retention abilities
Exceptional customer service skills
Proficient in math
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY:
Flexible availability to work anytime Monday through Friday and two Saturdays per month
