Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team for our seasonal role. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our valued customers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support while leveraging your expertise in Shopify and e-commerce! Training will start on November 18 and will end on January or early February (with a possibility to extend depending on traffic and if help is still needed).
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various channels such as
• Provide timely and accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns.
• Proactively identify and resolve customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
Utilize E-commerce Platforms:
• Proficiently navigate and manage customer interactions on the Shopify platform.
• Leverage the CRM platform Gorgias to streamline customer communication and issue resolution.
• Stay updated on product listings, promotions, and other relevant information within the e-commerce platforms.
Order Processing:
• Assist customers with order placement, modifications, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
• Monitor and update customers on the status of their orders.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
• Familiarity with Shopify and CRM systems, specifically Gorgias.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Tech-savvy with a dedicated home office setup, including:
• Minimum internet speed of 100mbps.
• Dual-monitor setup for increased productivity.
• Reliable backup WiFi system to mitigate potential outages.
Working Hours:
• Monday - Friday 5:00am - 2:00pm PST (9:00pm - 6:00am Manila)
• Saturday - Wednesday 7:00am - 4:00pm PST (11:00pm - 8:00am Manila)
