In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Executive based in Ireland through making memorable Travel Itineraries for our customers.

As a Travel and Tours Inside Sales Associate, you will be expected to:

? Creating the initial itinerary for tours in Ireland and Scotland.

? Distributing itineraries and establishing initial tasks for sales agents.

? Managing follow-up tasks for potential leads.

? Dispatching final documents to confirmed clients.

? Supporting sales agents with their daily tasks.

? Email Inbox Management

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications:

? Previous sales experience, preferably in the relevant industry

? Strong communication Skills (Inbound, Outbound Calls and Email experience preferred)

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

? Excellent organizational and time-management skills

? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
