About the Role:

As a Sales Executive assigned to one of our prominent construction clients, you’ll play a crucial role in growing their client base and establishing lasting business relationships. Working directly with the construction team, you’ll leverage your skills to understand construction plans, provide basic estimates, and deliver tailored sales strategies. Your efforts will drive client acquisition, expand market share, and contribute to the ongoing success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients within the construction and related industries.
Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their construction needs.
Present the company’s construction services, emphasizing quality, reliability, and tailored solutions.
Read and interpret construction plans, and provide clients with basic estimates.
Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
Close sales and meet or exceed targets, contributing to company growth.
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with both Profitable Tradesmen and the construction company’s marketing teams to align on strategies and messaging.
Use Xero software for financial tracking and reporting related to sales progress.
What We’re Looking For:

A proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for sales in the construction industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a sales role, particularly within the construction or a related sector.
Ability to read construction plans and provide basic cost estimates.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with Xero for financial management.
Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
