Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cold Caller & Appointment Setter with a strong background in real estate, brokerage recruitment, and investment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in generating leads, setting appointments, and supporting real estate professionals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Cold Calling

Lead Generation: Identify and contact potential clients through cold calling, utilizing provided lists and self-sourced leads.
Client Interaction: Engage with prospective clients to introduce real estate opportunities, services, and investment options.
Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on specific criteria to determine their potential interest and readiness.
Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.

Appointment Setting

Scheduling: Coordinate and set appointments for real estate agents, brokers, and investors with qualified leads.
Calendar Management: Manage calendars for real estate professionals, ensuring efficient scheduling and minimizing conflicts.
Confirmation: Confirm appointments with clients and provide necessary information and reminders.
Tracking: Maintain detailed records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

Experience:
-Real Estate: Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, including knowledge of market trends and property types.
-Broker/Realtor: Proven experience working with brokers and realtors, understanding their processes and needs.
-Investors: Familiarity with real estate investment strategies and the ability to discuss investment opportunities confidently.

Skills:
-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
-Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
-Certifications: Real estate licenses or relevant certifications are a plus.
-Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
