Operations Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be the right hand of the CEO, optimizing daily operations, driving team productivity, and supporting growth goals. In this role, you’ll oversee a skilled team, manage website and e-commerce functions, and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies. You’ll create project roadmaps, streamline processes, and meet performance metrics to align operations with our strategic objectives.

Objectives of this role:
- Oversee and enhance daily operations to support company goals
- Develop and maintain clear operational roadmaps to achieve industry-specific metrics
- Manage and guide the team to foster productivity and accountability
- Facilitate team communication and collaboration for efficient project execution
- Lead process improvements and adapt to evolving business needs

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day operational tasks to ensure efficiency
- Manage and guide the team members
- Coordinate website maintenance, e-commerce management, and plugin integrations using WordPress
- Develop and execute SEO and digital marketing strategies to support growth goals
- Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, ensuring they align with operational goals
- Map out project roadmaps from planning to completion, ensuring all metrics and KPIs are met

Required skills and qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an Operations Manager, with strong project management and leadership abilities
- Familiarity with WordPress (including WHM and cPanel management) and CSS; knowledge of basic JavaScript preferred
- Strong understanding of website management, SEO, Google search, and digital marketing practices
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute projects from start to finish with measurable outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively work with and guide team members
- Reliable and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for results and improvements

Preferred skills and qualifications
- Prior experience working with remote teams
- Knowledge of project management tools and practices.
- Basic proficiency in CSS and some familiarity with JavaScript for managing website elements
- A distraction-free work environment with a reliable, high-speed internet connection to ensure productivity and focus
