Role Overview
Tech Guru - IT for Accounting Firms is looking for a Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our marketing strategies, helping to connect us with our target market of accounting firms. This role requires a native-level English speaker with a proven track record in B2B marketing, exceptional creativity, and a love for technology. Success in this role will involve driving demand generation through creative content, digital advertising, conference coordination, and strategic, measurable marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Target Market Engagement
Identify, engage, and qualify accounting firms seeking IT services, scheduling a minimum of ten introductory calls per month with potential clients.
Use insights and analytics to inform lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with our target market.
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution
Develop and execute a balanced marketing mix, leveraging social media, search engine advertising, and other digital channels to reach key audiences.
Create, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to maximize return on advertising spend, pivoting quickly with iterative testing and experimentation.
Content Creation
Produce engaging video content and other media that resonate with accounting professionals.
Regularly update and refresh the Tech Guru website and brand elements to reflect our expertise and commitment to the accounting sector.
Conference & Contractor Coordination
Plan and coordinate conference marketing, identify future conferences, and develop comprehensive conference strategies.
Oversee and collaborate with contractors to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
Marketing Planning & Goal Achievement
Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan that achieves or exceeds target metrics.
Analyze performance data to refine approaches and meet established objectives consistently.
Key Success Criteria
Schedule a minimum of ten introductory calls per month with qualified accounting firms.
Achieve target metrics outlined in the marketing plan through effective planning, budgeting, and strategy execution.
Maintain a high standard of quality and engagement in all content, ensuring alignment with brand standards and relevance to our market.

Experience & Track Record
You have proven success in B2B marketing, ideally with professional services clients, and understand how to balance creativity with metrics-driven planning.
Communicative & Collaborative
Native-level English proficiency, both written and verbal, is essential, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Adaptable & Results-Oriented
You embrace rapid, iterative testing to refine approaches and have a commitment to achieving measurable results in every marketing initiative.
