JomoTeam is seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our fast-growing marketing agency. We’re looking for someone with a passion for editing online courses and YouTube content, someone who understands how to engage audiences through dynamic visuals, crisp edits, and compelling storytelling. Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Course Video Editing: Edit and enhance video lessons, creating smooth transitions, engaging visuals, and on-screen text to improve learning experiences.
YouTube Content Creation: Produce YouTube videos with energetic, viewer-friendly editing styles using B-rolls, jump cuts, and text overlays to increase engagement.
Visual Consistency: Ensure consistent branding across video series, including intros, outros, and color grading.
Efficiency in Workflow: Use templates, presets, and other tools to streamline the editing process while keeping content unique and engaging.
Platform Adaptation: Edit content for multiple platforms, optimising format and style for YouTube, social media, and online courses.

Qualifications:
Proven Experience: 2+ years of experience in video editing, with a portfolio of course or YouTube content.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools).
Creativity and Storytelling: Strong sense of storytelling with the ability to create content that captivates and informs audiences.

Time Management: Ability to meet deadlines and efficiently manage multiple projects.
Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to editing, color grading, and sound mixing.
Knowledge of YouTube Trends: Understanding of YouTube editing styles, platform trends, and viewer engagement tactics.
