We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) from the Philippines to join our remote team and help us manage our growing portfolio.
*JOB OVERVIEW:*
The ideal candidate will have experience in short-term rental management, including guest communication, calendar coordination, and task management. You will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations, handling guest inquiries, coordinating with cleaning services, and maintaining property listings. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will be crucial for delivering a seamless experience for both guests and property owners.
*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*
- *Guest Communication:* Respond to guest inquiries, pre-stay questions, and booking requests promptly and professionally.
- *Booking Management:* Oversee booking calendars to avoid conflicts and optimize occupancy rates.
- *Task Coordination:* Liaise with cleaning services and maintenance staff to ensure timely turnovers and issue resolution.
- *Listing Management:* Keep property listings up-to-date with accurate descriptions, photos, and pricing.
- *Review and Feedback Handling:* Monitor and respond to guest reviews, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any feedback constructively.
- *Reporting:* Prepare regular reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
- *Tool Usage:* Use property management software to manage tasks and automate routine processes (experience with specific software like Guesty or Hospitable is a plus).
*QUALIFICATIONS:*
- 2+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant in property management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo).
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in property management tools (e.g., Hospitable, Guesty, or similar).
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
