JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic female virtual assistant to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients have a positive experience. You will be responsible for checking in with them, addressing any concerns they may have, and ensuring that we provide excellent service.

Requirements:
With BPO experience
Excellent communication skills, texting, emailing and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect empathetically with elderly clients and caregivers.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Compassionate and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help others.
