POD/E-Commerce Specialist

- Oversee product listings and inventory, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities for product expansion.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling product descriptions and promotional content.
- Analyze sales data and use insights to optimize product listings and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
- Experience in e-commerce, preferably with print-on-demand platforms.
- Strong design skills and proficiency in graphic design software.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Etsy, and others.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and analytical with excellent communication skills.
- (ideally) Degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or a related field is a plus.
