Customer Service Representative

Greetings!

We are currently seeking applicants who are interested in a position as a customer service representative.

The role involves providing dispatch support over the phone, email, and text.

Requirements:

- Very high level of English ability (C1 or C2) Impeccable English skills, both speaking and writing
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Very high level of detail orientation
- Being comfortable on the phone
- Quick, and precise typer (>50WPM)
- Well versed working with computers and software
