Hiring Property Management Agent!

We are a US-based company that has been in business since 2006 as a business development company. I am looking for a great employee who wants to work long-term. Our clients include property management for residential homes, short-term rentals, long-term rentals, construction, and business renovation clients. We also work with investors and realtors. We are fast-paced, and while the day-to-day is within a structured framework, it is ever-changing. We need team players who love to make suggestions for improvement. Our team is valued, and all input is appreciated. If it’s slow, there is always work to do; there’s little to no downtime. Honesty and loyalty are valued.

In the property management role, you will work through our system, assisting clients who are looking to lease long-term or book our properties. Your day will be different each day as clients check in and out, and things need to be managed, including repairs and maintenance, finding, scheduling, and onboarding cleaners to turn the property, guest concerns, questions, and solutions, and marketing the properties on platforms like Craigslist and Facebook. You will also respond to guest inquiries via our platforms. You will use our system to make outbound and inbound calls, send email messages, and texts. I want someone who enjoys this work, will update our system, track customers throughout a follow-up process, and work with a script while also personalizing the call tailored to the customer. I want someone who is comfortable being on the phone and making lots of calls because, after all, it's a numbers game! I am looking for someone who is a fast learner, has great attention to detail, enjoys helping others, and loves sales!

We will assign every staff member a role in one of the following categories, which you will be responsible for ensuring this area is your expertise:
- Orders and Inventory
- Maintenance and Repairs
- Marketing properties (long and short term) Acquisition
- Client Concern and Cultivating
- Cleaners Finding and Managing
- Listing Set-Up Client Onboarding

Requirements:
Previous experience in property management/marketing/customer service is a plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Detail-oriented mindset to ensure high-quality work and adherence to standards.
Proficiency in using property management software and other relevant tools.

Newbies are welcome, but you do need to have excellent English skills. It’s also important that you know how to use the tools and applications. You don’t need to be an expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them. We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise through the ranks.
