Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Funnel Builder & Digital Marketing Specialist to develop an effective and engaging funnel for our 6-week online fitness challenge, starting January 1st. This person will design, implement, and optimize a funnel that attracts sign-ups, communicates the unique value of the challenge, and supports participants' accountability and engagement throughout. Your work will be essential in driving conversions, maintaining participant interest, and building excitement around the program’s launch.

Key Responsibilities:

Funnel Design and Setup

Create a user-friendly, visually engaging funnel for the 6-week challenge that includes landing pages, opt-in forms, email sequences, and thank-you pages.
Highlight the unique features of the challenge, such as ShapeScale integration, personalized fitness plans, and the accountability deposit system.
Develop a streamlined onboarding process that guides new participants from sign-up through preparation for the challenge start.
Lead Generation and Conversion Optimization

Design lead magnets or opt-in incentives to attract potential participants.
Create A/B testing strategies for page elements (headlines, CTAs, visuals) to maximize conversions.
Implement tools for tracking, reporting, and optimizing funnel performance to ensure high conversion rates.

Email
and SMS Automation

Develop email and/or SMS sequences that educate, motivate, and retain participants from sign-up through the end of the challenge.
Set up automated reminders for weekly check-ins and accountability tasks.
Create engaging content within the sequence that reinforces challenge goals, celebrates participant achievements, and provides actionable fitness and nutrition tips.
Marketing Integration

Work with our social media and content team to develop cohesive messaging and promotional strategies across all platforms.
Assist with planning and executing pre-launch marketing campaigns to build excitement and generate sign-ups.
Participant Retention and Engagement Support

Design post-signup sequences to help participants understand the challenge requirements and feel prepared.
Implement reminders and motivational content at key points in the challenge to reduce drop-off rates and encourage completion.
Incorporate customer feedback loops to continually improve the funnel and participant journey.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in building sales funnels, preferably in the health, fitness, or wellness industry.
Strong skills in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or ConvertKit).
Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or similar funnel-building platforms.
Experience with analytics and A/B testing to optimize conversion rates.
Knowledge of Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or other digital marketing tools for lead generation.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to create clear, motivating messaging.
A passion for health, fitness, or personal growth programs is a plus!
