JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Advertising Assistant to support our lead Paid Search Strategist in managing, optimizing, and scaling our online advertising campaigns. This role requires experience in Google and Bing Ads, familiarity with task management in Upgrade to see actual info, and a strong focus on pacing ad budgets to ensure optimal performance and spend efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management Support:

- Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing Google and Bing Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Handle day-to-day campaign adjustments and troubleshoot performance issues as they arise.
Budget Pacing:

- Take ownership of pacing ad budgets, monitoring daily and monthly spend to keep campaigns on target.
Ensure full use of budget without overspending by adjusting pacing as needed.
Task Management:

- Use Upgrade to see actual info to organize tasks, manage timelines, and track progress on advertising projects.
Ensure that all assigned tasks are completed on time.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

- Pull ad performance data regularly and support analysis for data-driven decision-making.
Prepare detailed reports to inform strategic decisions and optimize future campaigns.
Keyword Research & Ad Copy:

- Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential keywords for campaigns.
Draft ad copy and assist in testing ad variations to improve performance.
Budget Monitoring:

- Track ad spend to ensure adherence to budgets across campaigns.
Provide alerts on over/underspend as needed to maintain budget discipline.
Collaboration & Communication:

vCoordinate with the Paid Search Strategist and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless project execution.
Implement feedback efficiently and communicate any updates or challenges.
Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Google and Bing Ads.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Upgrade to see actual info for task management, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and data analysis (Google Analytics experience a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage small details while keeping the big picture in mind.
- Analytical Skills: Comfortable analyzing data and making data-driven recommendations.
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred DISC Profile:

- High Steadiness (S): Demonstrates reliability, consistency, and an ability to manage routine tasks with accuracy.
- High Conscientiousness (C): Brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to budgeting and pacing, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and within set parameters.
- Moderate to Low Dominance (D): Able to work effectively in a supportive role, prioritizing tasks and problem-solving without needing to take charge.
- Low to Moderate Influence (I): Focuses on data-driven communication and task completion rather than persuasive or interpersonal emphasis.
