What You'll Be Doing

//Social Media & Digital Presence
- Lead our social media game with stunning, share-worthy posts using Canva and Photoshop.
- Organise our marketing efforts on Mailchimp—from creating engaging EDMs to managing automated flows and database triggers.
- Work your scheduling magic on Eventbrite for digital and live events, ensuring seamless event promotion and attendee management.

//Community Engagement & Customer Service
- Provide an exceptional experience for customers, from processing referrals to managing orders on Shopify for our sensory toy business.
- Answer customer queries through calls, emails, and social channels with a smile that shines through.

//Admin Support & PA Duties
- Keep us running smoothly by supporting data entry, creating reports, and ensuring compliance tasks are in check.
- Provide general admin support to the CEO, managing schedules, and helping with special projects.

//What Skills Do You Bring to the Table?
- Digital Design & Social Media Expertise: Proven experience with Canva and Photoshop to create attention-grabbing visuals. You’ve got an eye for detail and a knack for crafting compelling, cohesive brand content.
- Email Marketing Mastery: Advanced Mailchimp skills, including experience with automated flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and more.
- Event & Campaign Management: Comfortable setting up and promoting events on Eventbrite, managing guest lists, and making our online (and offline) events a breeze.
- E-Commerce Savvy: Shopify experience is a must—you're capable of managing orders and inventory like a pro.
Communication Skills: Fluent in written and spoken English, with a warm, professional tone that builds trust with clients and coworkers alike.
- Tech-Savviness: Bonus points for experience with Google Workspace, Asana, and Slack.
