Job Description:
Lynq Company is looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Supply Chain Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and supply chain management, with strong knowledge of Shopify and ReAmaze.
You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing order processing, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth logistics operations. We are seeking someone who can handle both areas efficiently and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via
Manage orders, shipments, and inventory via Shopify.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.
Resolve customer issues, including returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Monitor supply chain performance and work to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of Shopify and ReAmaze.
Previous experience in customer service and/or supply chain management.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and handle customer queries and logistics simultaneously.
Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Available to work 6 days a week (Sunday off).
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
Experience with e-commerce platforms.
Familiarity with shipping and logistics processes.
