Real Estate Estimator

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Real Estate Estimator to help assess property values and maximize our acquisition potential.

Position Overview:
As a Real Estate Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our acquisition process by providing accurate property valuations and market insights. Working closely with our acquisitions and sales teams, you will evaluate properties based on market trends, local comparables, and property conditions. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in real estate valuation, ideally with experience in wholesale or investment properties.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property valuations and estimate potential ARV (After Repair Value) for wholesale real estate acquisitions.
Research and analyze market conditions, local comparables, and neighborhood trends to deliver accurate property appraisals.
Assess repair costs and estimate property renovation needs to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with the acquisitions team to identify high-potential properties and provide strategic valuation insights.
Maintain thorough documentation and present findings to the management team with actionable recommendations.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, emerging neighborhoods, and shifts in real estate pricing.
Qualifications:

Proven track record in real estate estimation, valuation, or appraisal, with 3+ years of experience preferred.
Experience with wholesale, investment, or virtual real estate is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with property evaluation tools, MLS, and comparable sales analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey valuation insights.
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred but not required.
