Job Title: Business Funding Specialist

Job Type: Part-Time (4 hours/day)
Compensation: Starting at $100 per week (with opportunities for increased pay based on client success)

Schedule:
• Monday:
• Cross-check personal and business information
• Review credit reports for negatives/discrepancies (coordinate with the repair department as needed)
• Track completed and pending funding for clients
• Tuesday:
• Invoice clients
• Prepare client profiles with personalized funding sequences
• Wednesday:
• Execute funding plans and sequences
• Thursday:
• Provide feedback to clients, address profile issues, and update sequences as needed
• Friday:
• Follow up with clients for pending invoice payments
• Request client feedback

Key Responsibilities:
• Contacting banks and financial institutions to execute funding plans
• Understanding and navigating the Canadian and American credit and funding markets
• Collaborating closely with the onboarding and repair departments to ensure smooth workflows
• Delivering exceptional client service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client success

Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience in funding and customer service
• Strong understanding of credit (personal and business)
• Ability to build and execute funding sequences
• Diligence in data entry and record-keeping
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and a client-focused mindset

Expectations:
• Work diligently during your assigned schedule:
• Morning Shift: 6 a.m.–10 a.m. Central or 8 a.m.–10 a.m. Central
• Evening Shift: 9 p.m.–11:30 p.m. Central
• Exhibit excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Be proactive, overachieve on tasks, and maintain a high level of character
