We are seeking a talented and motivated Copywriter/Creative Strategist/Market Researcher to join our team and help drive growth and creativity across our eCommerce channels. This role will begin as part-time, with a quick progression to full-time based on performance. Our customer base consists of men and women above 50 years old.

### Responsibilities
- Ad Copywriting: Craft compelling ad copies that capture attention and drive conversions.
- Landing Page Optimization: Develop and test new landing page variants using Funnelish to maximize engagement and sales for our winning products.
- Customer Avatar Research: Conduct in-depth market research to define our customer avatar, using resources like Amazon reviews, ChatGPT insights, and >Facebook comments.
- Creative Concept Development: Develop and outline creative concepts for our editors to produce high-quality, effective visual content. This must be based of your market research.

### Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of copywriting experience in eCommerce.
