Schedule:
Daytime hours, following Australian time.

Compensation:
40,000 PHP to 50,000 PHP per month.

Key Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in an administrative role, with exposure to financial reporting and invoice management.
Excel Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
Financial Management: Ability to accurately maintain financial records in Xero and understand financial standings. Xero certification is preferred.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data entry and bill reconciliation.
Communication Skills: Strong English skills for effective communication with team members, suppliers, and clients.
Proactive Learning: Eager to learn new tools and processes independently and suggest improvements.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Adaptability: Flexible and open to new processes and tools to enhance operations.
Lead Generation: Comfortable with researching and managing potential leads.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Invoice and Payment Sync: Manage synchronization between Aroflo and Xero

Email
and Calendar Management: Organize emails and coordinate calendar events.
Data Entry and File Organization: Maintain accurate data and organize files.
Project and Timeline Management: Track project progress and manage timelines.
Customer Service and Communication: Provide exceptional service and handle client interactions.
Client Scheduling and Follow-Ups: Manage client appointments and follow-up communications.
Purchase Order and Supplier Management: Handle purchase orders and supplier quotations.
Material and Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently.
Compliance and Safety Management: Ensure WHS compliance and manage safety documents.
Standard Operating Procedures: Develop and manage SOPs.
Asset and Fleet Management: Oversee asset tracking and vehicle management.
