As a part of the customer service team, responsibilities include:
1. **Responding to Inquiries**: Providing prompt and helpful answers to customer questions via chat,

5. **Guiding Customers Through Processes**: Offering step-by-step assistance to help customers navigate ordering process.
6. **Technical Troubleshooting**: Supporting customers with technical issues to provide timely solutions.

8. **Payment and Subscription Assistance**: Supporting customers with payment queries, refunds, and subscription management.
9. **Proactive Outreach**: Contacting affiliates and influencers on promoting our services.
