General Virtual Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Representative

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with strong initiative, determination, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and requests from clients from data entry, manual creation, document creation, Jotform creation, and Power Point creation effectively. The ideal candidate will also be familiar with several programs including, but not limited to Click Up, Slack Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Canva and Nerdphone. In this role, you will need to be fluent in a functioning call center, customer service skills and in sales. We need VA's who have perfect, impeccable English and comprehension skills.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently answer and manage incoming phone calls, ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate parties.
• Take the lead in processing payroll and billing, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timeliness.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new students, managing enrollment paperwork and records.
• Conduct data entry tasks related to our variable systems, maintaining a high level of data accuracy.
• Proactively address and manage staff requests, including scheduling, time-off requests, and general inquiries.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and files in Homebase, among other programs.
• Demonstrate initiative in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting solutions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Customer Service Representative.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp.
• Knowledge with software Playground and Homebase is a plus!
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools and platforms.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work full-time 40 hours a week, graveyard shift 9AM - 5PM Eastern Standard Time.
