Technical Product Owner

We are looking for experienced Technical Product Owner to manage our development project and communicate between development team and business stakeholders.

Our Company : Our company is based in South Korea. We started business in 2016 and business grows rapidly.
Our main platform is Amazon US and we are planning to expand our business on ebay.
Main products: Korean Cosmetics, Home & Living, K POP relevant goods, Grocery, and so on.


Role Overview:
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be the bridge between our development team and business stakeholders. You will ensure that our products are aligned with market demands and business objectives while providing technical guidance to the team. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products that solve our business use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
- Provide mentorship and support to developers, ensuring alignment with product goals.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Gather feedback from developers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech environment.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Technical background in software development (coding experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in e-commerce and online marketplace platform is a plus.

Skillset
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana
- Familiarity with communication and collaboration tools such as Slack, Confluence
- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch
