Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative to support our team by delivering outstanding customer care and optimizing the customer service process. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving disputes, and improving the overall customer experience. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who is proficient in Excel, has experience with Re-Amaze CRM and dropshipping, and knows how to use ChatGPT for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to customer inquiries through Re-Amaze.
Handle customer disputes efficiently, ensuring successful resolutions to win cases.
Optimize or create workflows to streamline the customer service department.
Assist with customer issues such as order tracking, returns, and product inquiries.
Utilize ChatGPT for quick and efficient customer service responses, as well as workflow optimization.
Collaborate with tea
Contribute to special projects that support the smooth operation of our customer service department.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, specifically in the dropshipping industry.
Expertise in Re-Amaze CRM and strong proficiency in Excel.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on dispute resolution.
Familiarity with using ChatGPT or similar AI tools to enhance productivity and customer service response times.
Punctual, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to create and optimize workflows for improved customer service efficiency.
Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.
