Role Overview
The Client Excellence Coordinator provides seamless support for clients and the team, focusing on efficient workflows and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include administrative support, schedule management, and resource coordination to boost productivity and client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Education: Background in business administration with strong customer service skills.
Experience: Proven administrative, client service, and office management experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred: Project management experience and familiarity with tax, accounting, and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities

Acquire in-depth knowledge of our services to address client inquiries accurately.
Build and maintain client relationships with friendly, professional engagement.
Respond promptly to client inquiries, manage scheduling, invoicing, and feedback.
Record client interactions for review by the executive and sales teams.
Support team schedules, prioritize workflows, and manage office resources.
Conduct general office support tasks, uphold confidentiality, and assist with event planning.
