About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Enterprise Sales Development Representative (SDR) for WeBox to identify new business opportunities and foster customer relationships virtually. This is an inside sales position, with a primary focus on cold calling and virtual outreach to build and grow our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and experience in cold calling and customer service. We are seeking a reliable professional with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach.
This opportunity offers a base salary in the first year, with growth potential in the succeeding years. We aim to grow this position into a future management role.
Job Summary: The goal is to turn opportunities into long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction. As an SDR, you’ll promote the WeBox work meal program to small- and large-size enterprise businesses, focusing on flexible meal solutions such as Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner. You will conduct virtual presentations demonstrating WeBox’s e-commerce platform, curated menu from partners, professional logistics, and excellent customer service, with the goal of exceeding sales targets.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach, prospecting, and lead qualification to generate business opportunities through virtual channels
Collaborate with Account Executives (AE) to plan and close deals for corporate meal offerings
Utilize cold calling and
Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs
Clearly communicate the value of WeBox and its products to prospects
Consistently meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
Develop long-term virtual relationships with key partners
Serve as an ambassador of WeBox’s vision, mission, brand, and product
Proactively maintain communication with prospects through phone,
Requirements:
1-2 years proven experience in B2B sales and cold calling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a virtual environment
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
1-2 years of SDR experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
