Company Overview:
We are a growing company looking to expand our digital presence and reach new customers through email and social media marketing. We’re seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts by managing lead generation, creating and posting on social media, running ad campaigns, and helping execute email marketing strategies.

Job Description:
The Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for collecting and organizing contact emails, creating and managing email campaigns, developing social media content, running ads, and providing essential support for lead generation. This position is perfect for someone who’s tech-savvy, creative, and skilled at coordinating marketing tasks to help grow a brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Data Management:
Research and gather emails from designated websites, then compile them in an organized spreadsheet.
Maintain and regularly update contact lists for marketing campaigns.

Email
Marketing Campaigns:
Create, schedule, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.
Draft, design, and test email content to ensure alignment with brand and marketing goals.
Social Media Management & Content Creation:
Create and post content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
Engage with audiences by responding to comments and messages, and building our online community.
Advertising & Campaign Management:
Assist in setting up and running social media ads (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and other digital ads.
Monitor ad performance and adjust campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.
Marketing Material & Content Creation:
Develop visually appealing marketing materials, including social media graphics and promotional content, using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Write copy for posts, emails, and ads that align with the company’s voice and brand.
Lead Management & Reporting:
Organize leads generated through email and social media campaigns.
Track and report key metrics for campaigns, ads, and lead management to support continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in email marketing, social media management, or digital marketing.
Proficiency with spreadsheet software (Google Sheets, Excel) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising tools (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging content.
Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with CRM tools or lead management systems.
Knowledge of social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer).
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights.
