Video Content Coordinator & Social Media Manager

We're seeking a talented and experienced Video Content Coordinator & Social Media Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will be a creative self-starter with a proven track record of producing engaging content across various platforms, especially in editing & creating digital content.

Key Responsibilities
Scripting & Video Editing: Provide scripting ideas for & transform raw video content into highly polished digital content that can be pushed to social media platforms
Content Creation Ideation: Ideation of content for social media platforms and our blog in alignment with our brand voice and goals

Social Media Management & Analysis: Manage our social media presence, engage with our audience using Go High Level, and measure post analytics to provide further content / script strategy & recommendations

Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation
Excellent writing and editing skills
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Compensation
* This role starts at $9-$11/hour based on prior experience with a part time commitment of 18-25 hours per week, with the potential for up to 50 hour week schedule if interested.

* 13 month pay is benefit is offered.

* We will have clearly defined OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in place, which will outline potential salary increases based on your performance and achievement of OKR's and KPI's.

* Bonus: Additionally, there are bonus opportunities available after 12 months in the role for continued success and excellence.
