Unity Developer

I am looking for a talented Unity3D (game) developer to join me and help enhance existing mobile games. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks like integrating AdMob, adding monetization features, implementing highscores, and working with iOS GameKit/Google Play for leaderboards and achievements. I'm looking for someone who can work autonomously and fast in a no bullshit/straight-forward environment.

Work Mode:
- Primarily chat-based communication
- Calls only on demand and when absolutely necessary
- Work is paid on a per-project basis ($200 USD per project, each project max. 2 weeks)
- For each iteration, a set of items is defined together and paid after delivery of bug-free features
- Direct communication with the app owner

Responsibilities:
- AdMob and monetization integration
- Adding highscores and integrating with iOS GameKit/Google Play services
- Reading and understanding existing codebase without external help
- Implementing features that are scalable and future-proof
- Ensuring bug-free, high-quality deliveries
- Using Git for version control and collaboration

Requirements:
- Proficient Unity3D development skills
- Experience with Firebase or alternative backends like Supabase
- Familiarity with Git for version control (push, pull, branching, etc.)
- Ability to navigate and contribute to foreign codebases independently
- Basic experience with mobile SDKs/APIs such as Admob, Ironsource, REST APIs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work
- Upfront, honest, and direct communication style with a focus on results
