Loan Processor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Loan Processor. Your role is to guide customers towards the whole mortgage loan process making sure it’s accurate and also ensure that the customer experience is unparallel. Some of your responsibilities include gathering and verifying documents, analyzing financial information, and facilitating smooth loan closings.

Qualifications:
- 2 years working experience in mortgage
- Working in US hours: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm from Monday to Friday.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial data.
- Working knowledge of the mortgage industry, products, lending practices, and regulatory guidelines (federal and state).
- Working knowledge of the mortgage origination process, including FNMA, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
