Job Title: Social Media & Influencer Manager | eCommerce Fashion Brand

Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

We are an eco-conscious, direct-to-consumer travel fashion brand focused on creating versatile, sustainable wardrobe essentials. Our mission is to empower customers to make thoughtful, minimalist choices that reduce their environmental impact. All of our high-quality, timeless pieces are ethically produced using sustainable materials and are sold exclusively online.
As part of our passionate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our social media and influencer strategies to grow brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive revenue. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all platforms and contribute to the creative development of content that resonates with our audience.

*******Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) to grow followers and engagement.
Plan, create, and schedule posts, ensuring consistency in brand voice and aesthetic.
Manage Facebook Group strategy and community engagement, fostering an active and supportive online community.
Assist with Instagram content creation, including sourcing and editing visuals, researching trends, directing creative strategy
Pin regularly on Pinterest, optimizing for reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team on the execution of dynamic, visually engaging social media content.

Influencer Marketing Strategy:
Develop and manage influencer partnerships, negotiating contracts and content rights.
Curate influencer assets for use in social media and web content.
Design and execute gifting campaigns to support key events
Work alongside influencers to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives, fostering long-term relationships.
Manage and track influencer performance, providing regular reports on ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Affiliate Marketing:
Oversee the affiliate marketing program, including managing partnerships, approving payments, and negotiating terms.
Ensure affiliates are provided with updated creative assets and promotions to drive traffic and conversions.
Recruit new affiliates into the program, and nurture them to grow their sales
Monitor and report on affiliate performance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.

PR Strategy & Execution:
Create and pitch PR strategies for product launches, partnerships, and brand campaigns.
Write and send press releases, maintaining relationships with key media outlets and journalists.
Pitch products for gift guides and manage the brand’s visibility across digital publications.
Coordinate the execution of PR campaigns, ensuring timely and impactful placements.

Content Creation & Creative Strategy:
Collaborate with the marketing team on creative direction, brainstorming fresh ideas for social media campaigns and influencer activations.
Assist virtually with photoshoots, curating assets for digital use.
Edit video content for social media and web to align with brand messaging.
Create and manage Pinterest pins, ensuring they are optimized for engagement and conversions.

Analysis & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media and influencer marketing performance.
Conduct regular reviews of engagement metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Regularly test new content formats and strategies, optimizing based on performance insights.

*******Key Skills and Qualifications:
2-3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and/or affiliate marketing (preferably with eCommerce brands).
Willingness to learn
Proficiency in Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and influencer management tools like Later.com
Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to convey brand tone and values.
Creative eye for visual content creation
Immersed in social media trends and latest technologies
Strong visual skills including graphic design and video editing
Knowledge of PR pitching and execution.
Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and optimizing campaign performance.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Shopify and Google Analytics is a plus.

*******Work Style:
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, but availability for key meetings during Eastern Standard Time (EST) is required. You’ll participate in weekly check-ins with the CEO and core team meetings on Monday AM EST. As our audience is in EST, you’ll have to schedule posts and periodically post during EST on social.
