We are an eco-conscious, direct-to-consumer travel fashion brand focused on creating versatile, comfortable and sustainable wardrobe essentials. We make the world's most comfortable pants that can be dressed up or down. As part of our small but passionate team, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving profitable revenue and new customer acquisition through paid ads strategies.

We’re looking for a motivated, data-driven Ads Manager who has experience building, managing and optimizing Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.

You will work closely with the CEO, marketing team and content creator to implement dynamic, real-time strategies, test new creative and grow our brand online.

************Key Responsibilities:
Paid Ads Strategy & Management:
Develop, launch, and manage Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive revenue, new customer acquisition, and increase brand visibility.
Optimize ad performance by continuously monitoring KPIs, analyzing data, and adjusting campaigns based on real-time insights and market changes.
Implement A/B testing on ad creative, audiences, and placements to maximize ROAS and drive traffic to the website.
Experience managing conversion campaigns, with lowest cost, or bid caps to drive profitable customer acquisition
Creative Development & Testing:
Work with the marketing team and content creators to brainstorm and brief engaging ad concepts, aligned with our brand’s identity, industry trends and best practices.
Edit creative to work for Facebook, Instagram and Google ad channels
Test and refine ad creative across multiple platforms, providing insights into best-performing formats, messaging, and visuals.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation:
Define and refine audience segments for highly targeted ad delivery, leveraging demographic, interest, and behavioral insights.
Create custom and lookalike audiences, retargeting past website visitors, and segmenting potential new customers to maximize reach and relevance.
Budgeting & Reporting:
Manage daily and monthly ad budgets, ensuring that spend aligns with business goals and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) targets and MER goals.
Provide daily and weekly performance reports to the CEO and marketing team, translating data insights into actionable recommendations for optimization.
Collaborative Campaign Planning:
Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to align paid ads with promotional calendars, product launches, and overall marketing strategy.
Participate in regular team meetings and ad strategy sessions, sharing insights on ad trends and campaign progress.


************Key Skills and Qualifications:
At least 3+ years of experience in paid ads with eCommerce brands, preferably in apparel
Previous experience managing Facebook ad campaigns with daily spends above $1k per day
Experience managing google ad campaigns
Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Ad Manager Reporting and attribution tools like Kendall AI, to monitor and optimize campaigns.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability to edit videos and create graphics a strong asset (i.e. understanding of tools like Capcut, canva, adobe)
Knowledge of Shopify platform and key ecommerce metrics
Work Style:
This is a fully remote role with flexible hours, but availability for key meetings during Eastern Standard Time (EST) is required. You’ll participate in weekly check-ins with the CEO and core team meetings on Monday AM EST.
Team collaborates regularly via Slack and you’ll be set up with a brand email for all of your logins and software.
