Must have experience with:
- A2P Verification Management: Manage the entire A2P verification process, ensuring quick approvals within 1-2 weeks through a proven system.
- AI Chatbots & Callers Setup: Configure and optimize AI-driven chatbots and automated calling tools, such as Zappychat and Assistable AI, to engage leads and drive conversions.
- Webhook Integration: Build, test, and troubleshoot webhooks to enable seamless data flow between GHL and other platforms.
- Conversion Tracking & Pipeline Management: Set up and monitor conversion tracking within GoHighLevel to ensure accurate pipeline tracking from lead generation efforts, including ads.
- Database Reactivation Campaigns: Implement database reactivation strategies to re-engage and convert dormant leads for gym clients.
- Automation & Workflow Optimization: Design and enhance automation workflows that support gym operations and drive measurable client outcomes.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Approach challenges with solutions in mind, taking ownership to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Job Requirements

1. 30 min meetings, every weekday, sometime between 09:00-17:00 Pacific Time
2. Less than 1-hour response time between 09:00-17:00 Pacific Time
3. Communication primarily through Slack
4. Secondary communication through Email
5. Task Management through Notion
6. Fast and reliable internet
7. Fluent in English
8. Flexible to a Startup Environment - things change a lot :)
9. An operational Payoneer Account that you can access to be paid
