Business Development Virtual Assistant (Speaking Engagements)

Job Description:
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Virtual Assistant to help secure speaking engagements and grow our client's professional presence as a motivational speaker. This part-time role is perfect for someone with strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Research Speaking Opportunities: Identify relevant conferences, webinars, podcasts, and events that align with our expertise.
Outreach and Pitching: Contact event organizers, pitch for speaking slots, and follow up to ensure success.
Networking: Build and nurture relationships with key contacts in the industry to create more booking opportunities.
Proposal Preparation: Develop and send professional speaker decks, bios, and proposals tailored to each event.
Administrative Support: Maintain organized records of outreach efforts and engagement opportunities.

Qualifications:
Prior experience in business development, PR, or event management.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Experience with creating and managing proposals and speaker decks.
Familiarity with networking and outreach strategies.

Hours: Part-time, 9 am -1 pm EST
