Help Desk Support (Mandarin Speaker)

We're looking for a qualified Help Desk Support (Mandarin Speaker).

Qualifications:

-Must be fluent in speaking and writing in the Mandarin Language
-A BPO Mandarin Customer Support experience is a plus
-Basic computer knowledge and can work with office applications and navigating the Internet
-Interpersonal skills that aid in problem-solving and knowledge-sharing
-Calmness and collectedness under pressure
-Accuracy and attention to detail
-Apt learning and understanding of foreign concepts
-Commitment to quality service based on customer's needs
-Has the ability to empathize with customer concerns
-Good at providing instructions
-Workplace should be conducive, free from background noise
