We are still looking for someone to join my team as a Virtual Assistant, to manage administrative real estate tasks and provide personal assistance. For consideration, candidates must have:
-Proven experience in an administrative role within the real estate sector (ideally in the Miami area)
-Sales experience and strong cold calling skills
-Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
-Familiarity with social media management for real estate
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and office software
-Your strong organizational skills and background in real estate administration will be essential in enhancing our operations and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
-Cold Calling: Conduct outreach to potential clients and leads in the Miami area, gathering insights to support our sales efforts and expand our network.
-Social Media Management: Assist in managing my social media accounts by creating engaging content and interacting with followers to promote listings and enhance brand visibility.
-Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on listings and transactions to ensure exceptional service.
-Administrative Support: Maintain organized records, handle correspondence, and perform essential administrative tasks to streamline operations.
-Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel to track client information, property listings, and sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
