Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our midterm rental operations. The ideal candidate will handle property inquiries, manage bookings, maintain and update listings, coordinate maintenance requests, and act as the primary point of contact for both homeowners and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Inquiries: Engage with tenants and clients to understand their needs and preferences. Match them with suitable properties from our listings, providing detailed information and guidance to ensure the best fit.
• Listing Management: Create and update property listings on Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, and other platforms, ensuring each listing is accurate, engaging, and optimized for visibility.
• Guest Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries, booking requests, and reviews. Provide clear check-in instructions, resolve guest issues, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Homeowner Liaison: Regularly update homeowners on property performance, occupancy rates, and maintenance needs. Address any concerns promptly to maintain strong relationships.
• Maintenance Coordination: Oversee maintenance requests, ensuring timely repairs and preventive maintenance with vendors. Track maintenance schedules and costs.
• Market Monitoring: Research and track local rental market trends to stay competitive. Regularly suggest pricing or listing updates to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Admin & Reporting: Keep accurate records of bookings, payments, and maintenance expenses. Generate monthly reports for homeowners and management.

Requirements

• Experience in property management or hospitality is preferred.
• Proficiency in Airbnb, Zillow, Furnished Finder, and similar platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong decision-making skills, able to work independently and resourcefully.
• Highly detail-oriented with a customer-focused attitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to respond quickly to urgent matters.
