What You'll Do
As a Seasonal Customer experience agent, you are expected to:
Handle customer inquiries through various customer service channels during peak season and US holidays (tentatively November to January)
Provide product information, process orders, track shipments, and manage returns and exchanges.
Investigate and resolve /product/process issues by helping customers identify root causes and provide solutions.
Stay updated on products and policies and provide accurate information.
Meet performance metrics.
While it is primarily a temporary position, there is potential for it to evolve into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
Who You Are
We're looking for someone who meets the following requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Background in e-commerce or technical accounts (e-commerce preferred).
Someone who has a strong interest in skincare or skincare products (not required by a plus).
Familiarity with applications such as Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, Recharge, Shopify, and Confluence is advantageous.
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, with clarity, precision, and grammatical accuracy.
Proficiency in American slang (natural English) for effective written and verbal customer communication.
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and upbeat tone.
Quick thinker who is proactive and adaptable in diverse situations.
