Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in Marketing Content Production:
-Help coordinate the creation of marketing materials, including property brochures, flyers,
- Collaborate with agents and the marketing team to ensure marketing collateral is aligned with company branding and real estate listings.
- Assist in organizing photo shoots and video production for property listings, working with photographers and videographers.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials.
2. Social Media Coordination:
- Support the execution of the brokerage’s social media strategy across platforms (Instagram,
-Schedule and post content, including property highlights, market trends, and company news, ensuring regular and consistent engagement.
-Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries, and engage with followers in a timely manner.
-Assist in researching and implementing new social media trends to boost engagement and reach.
-Track and report social media performance metrics and suggest adjustments to improve reach and engagement.
3. Support Digital Campaigns & Advertising:
-Assist in the execution of paid social media advertising and online marketing campaigns.
-Monitor the progress and performance of digital campaigns, including ad spend and conversion metrics, and provide reporting to the marketing team.
-Help with setting up digital ads for property promotions, open houses, and special events.
-Ensure ad creative and copy align with brand messaging.
4. Brand Consistency & Promotion:
-Ensure that all content and materials, both online and offline, align with the company’s branding and tone of voice.
-Work with agents to coordinate marketing efforts for new listings, open houses, and events.
- Assist with any cross-promotional opportunities or partnerships to enhance the brokerage’s visibility.
5. Administrative Support:
-Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing files, maintaining content calendars, and coordinating meetings.
-Help with the planning and execution of real estate events, including open houses, broker tours, and client appreciation events.
-Assist with maintaining the marketing database, including updating property listings, client contacts, and lead lists.
Qualifications:
? Experience in social media coordination and marketing support (real estate experience is a plus).
? Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram,
? Basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including social media ads and
? Strong organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
? Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with attention to detail.
? Strong understanding of AI tools.
? Strong knowledge of content creation tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
? Comfortable working in a team environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
