Real Estate Cold Caller

California real estate company is looking for a cold caller to reach out to prospects who own apartment buildings and single family homes.

This is a 20-24 hour/week PART TIME position and requires previous cold calling experience. Skip Tracing expertise is a MAJOR PLUS

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads in the real estate market.
Set appointments and pre-qualify leads for the sales team.
Maintain a log of calls and update CRM systems with accurate lead information.
Follow scripts and handle objections professionally.


Requirements:
Proven experience in cold calling real estate owners
Excellent English skills. Full fluency
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with lead generation techniques, CRM software
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Work Pacific Time Zone hours
Monday - Wednesday 2 PM - 6 PM
Thursday - Saturday 10 AM - 2 PM
Hours are flexible

Compensation:
20 hours/week, flexible hours
$7/hour + bonuses per closed deal
